Refund and Returns Policy

At Skin2Skin, we pride ourselves on providing royal-quality products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (skincare, body oils, and intimate goods), our policy is designed to protect the health and safety of our community.

1. Return Window Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all safety seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Skincare & Body Products: (Including Olori Body Oils, Oba Beard Oils, and Lip Butters) if the safety seal has been broken or the bottle opened.

  • The Crown Shop (Wigs): Any wig that has been worn, styled, or had the lace cut.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

  • Gift Cards and vouchers.

3. Refunds (If Applicable) Once your return is received and inspected at our location, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your S2S Account in form of a discount or reward points that can be used to make future purchase.

4. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your S2S account again.

  2. Contact us; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@shopskin2skin.com.

5. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items) We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival (e.g., a broken glass bottle or faulty pump). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shopskin2skin.com with a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Gifts

  • Marked as Gift: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate might be emailed to you.

  • Not Marked as Gift: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver S2S account, and they will be notified of your return.

7. Shipping Returns To return your product, please email us for return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping might be deducted from your refund.

Recommendation: If you are returning more expensive items (such as a Wig or Bundle over $100), you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
